Normally, the subject of death can make us feel uncomfortable and uneasy. However, Buddha taught contemplating death liberates us from our daily anxieties, and helps us to prioritize our life to make time for spiritual practice.
An awareness of death acts like a moral compass, prevents us from wasting our life and taking things for granted, and helps us to invest our time in ways that are truly meaningful. Through leading a meaningful life we will die without regrets and transition into our next life with peace in our hearts.
During this special evening workshop you will discover from a Buddhist perspective, what is death, what happens after death, and how an awareness of our own mortality inspires us to lead a meaningful life.

We offer a wide range of classes from basic introductions to Buddhist meditation, applying Buddha’s teachings to daily life issues such as anger and improving relationships, to comprehensive study programs of Buddhist view, meditation and action. Everyone is welcome!
