Sunday, April 30th we will be offering a FREE Meditation for Kids class 10am-11am followed by a special magic show with The Great LenGweenie (a member of the prestigious Magic Castle).
Every parent wants their child to be happy, healthy, and successful in life. Kid’s Meditation class is a perfect place to introduce meditation to children and promotes inner strength and emotional well-being.
In this class, kids will learn a simple meditation, as well as special methods to calm their minds and deal with negative feelings. The class includes a short discussion about everyday experiences relevant to children, guided meditation, and fun activities that foster habits such as kindness cooperation, patience, and giving.
Meditation for Kids is part of our Open House Event 9am-4pm.
