How to Deal With Difficult People (Instagram Post (4_5)).gif

Discover the beauty of Buddhist meditation and lift your mind out of the ordinary. Compassion and wisdom — the two great trainings on the path to enlightenment — depend on a solid foundation of basic Buddhist practice. This retreat builds that foundation through teachings and meditations on the initial, intermediate, and great scope stages of the Lamrim: the stages of the path to enlightenment.

Guided by senior meditation practitioners, each session includes a short teaching, guided meditations, and chanted prayers from Prayers for Meditation. You are warmly welcome to attend a single session, a full day, or the entire retreat.
