Love can bring deep happiness, yet all too often it leads to pain and suffering — not because love itself is harmful, but because we confuse love with attachment. Love is the source of true joy; attachment is what creates sorrow and strain in our relationships.
In this Saturday workshop, Kadam Rebecca will show how to approach love for partners, family, and friends from a fresh perspective by clearly distinguishing love from attachment. By learning this discrimination, our relationships can become more harmonious, joyful, and enduring — and help guide us toward lasting, genuine happiness.
The day includes guided meditations, teachings, group discussion, and time for Q&A.
